VACANCY – MANAGER, FINANCE
Vacancy exists for the post of MANAGER, FINANCE in the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
The minimum qualifications for this position are:
i.              BSc or HND (Accounting)
ii.            ACTI; and
iii.           Recognized professional Accounting certificates
Other relevant requirements for the position include:
i.              Must not be above 35 years;
ii.            Must have at least, 5 years’ experience in a managerial position in similar or related organization;
iii.           Must have excellent proficiency in the use of Peachtree, SUN and other related accounting software;
iv.           An MBA or M.Sc. in Accounting or related discipline would be an added advantage.

VACANCY: CREDIT CONTROLLER

It is a middle level management role in a capital goods company listed on the NSE.
The candidate is expected to be in control of our credit policy, receivables, and all related variables to it. He should also be vast in the area of risk management and the effect on the statement of financial position.
Previous similar work experience is an advantage but deep understanding of credit policies and ris management is key to any successful candidate.
A chartered accountant with work experience of about 5yrs is good. Any additional qualifications will be an added advantage. Should not be more than 35yrs old.

Head, Financial & Management Control
About the role
The purpose of this role is to manage financial, human resources and administrative functions. This includes the design, implementation and execution of Process Accounting, Budget & Budgetary Control, Cost Volume Profit Analysis, Management Accounting and Performance Management systems.
The role exists for the:
-
Preparation and consolidation of monthly divisional management information & annual budgetary process;
-
To drive Internal Audit actions and control improvements;
-
To monitor all budgetary and key performance indicators and management of various ad hoc reports at senior management level.
Required Person Specification
The preferred candidate should possess the following person specification:
Must possess an MBA or an equivalent Accounting certifications i.e. ACA;
A minimum of 7 years experience on varied finance roles;
A solid background in Financial Management or Audit Consulting is mandatory;
Candidate must be knowledgeable in the design, implementation and execution of Process Accounting, Budget & Budgetary Control, Cost Volume Profit Analysis, Management Accounting and Performance Management systems;
Candidate must have worked in a similar field before;
Must be young and vast in new trends and best practices;
Must have an excellent Communications skill;
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
Effective organizational skills.
