Job Summary:        
Develop new mobile banking and financial products in conjunction with partner banks, switches, merchants and biller aggregators and manage the end-to-end mobile banking platform and relationships with agencies and banks to support the use of mobile financial service.

Responsibilities:    
  • Develop innovative products and delivery channels to existing or new mobile banking platforms across multiple bank partners
  • Support implementation of Etisalat Nigeria s mobile banking strategy by planning and developing commercial solutions and inputs for the product roadmap and evolution
  • Co-ordinate development of agency network to provide support for Etisalat Mobile Money and banked customers
  • Ensure that Etisalat mobile banking solutions and channels are aligned with banking and other regulatory standards for services to be launched and supported
  • Manage the launch and all processes for mobile banking propositions, channels and services and ensure it is in line with Etisalat quality standards
  • Define processes and scope of work to facilitate recruitment, training and performance management of mobile money/ banking agents
  • Carry out pre-sales  gap analysis  and determine product fit to customer needs
  • Implement product optimization schedules, financial management, market introduction and lifecycle support
  • Ensure customers are educated on all mobile banking products and services and customer complaints are promptly resolved
  • Generate operational and management reports with analysis to track success and progress of client adoption, client value, and direct and indirect financial benefits

Qualifications and Requirements:        
  • Bachelor's degree in any numerate discipline
  • At least three (3) years directly relevant post - NYSC work experience in mobile banking
  • Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate:
  • Good knowledge of business development in banking e-business and/ or e-channel
  • Good knowledge of e-banking product life cycle management and operations
  • Good understanding of channel distribution and planning
  • String experience in relationship management and sales force management
  • Sound documentation skills
